Web copy that is the intention to sell or generate leads to get quickly to the needs and attract attention and establish a relationship with a target audience. You can connect with their audience more effectively if you understand something about how people process information and how they think.

Each of us is constantly sorting, distorting, and generalizing what we perceive, just to stay healthy.

As a result, different people see the world differently. You probably want to appeal to many of them within your target market as possible. Here are three simple tips you can use when it comes to editing your copy of Internet.

1 – An idea can be done to attract more people if expressed in both positive (moving toward), and one negative (away from) fashion.

See how this place is famous … "within two years, his business easily could be worth 2.5 to 25 times what it's worth today … Or you could fall into the list of companies that also run … "Some people are motivated by profit, others by fear of loss. With a statement like this, no matter which language you are speaking anyway.

Another great example of this is in the life insurance industry. Instead of trying to force a square peg in a round whole, the insurance companies came up with the idea of "cash value". But the selling point could be reworded to attract two kinds of people. Those that moved toward pleasure could be sold on the idea of early retirement and those who moved away from pain may be sold in the more traditional idea of income protection.

2 – The second idea is internal or external frame of reference. Some people do things because they see others doing. Some people want to relate things to their own experience. The first is impressed by testimonials and success stories, while the latter is moved by deductive reasoning, analogy and metaphor. You can see this requires two very different types of sale.

Here's another way to look inside against the external orientation. The person conducting the internal values a sense Achievement, while the outer directed recognition of the values of the individual. Two sides of the same coin.

So you could say in your copy of "Picture of the smiles of appreciation your family will be rewarded with when you begin to enjoy the new lifestyle this knowledge can afford you. Imagine the sense of accomplishment, and what you become so sure! "

The appeals, first sentence, external bias, while the second aims at internal bias.

3 – And the point of the third is to use phrases that appeal to multiple modes of perception in your copy. Like everyone else, we see the world with a bias toward seeing (visual) the ear (hearing) or feeling (kinesthetic). Naturally your copy reflect this trend. By going through it and editing it to include all three biases will connect with more readers.

I'm a very visual person, so I could write something like: "You have a clear view of it in your mind now, Right? Suddenly, it seems that you make your decision. "I could go back and edit this passage to be a combination of modalities. Maybe …" This resonance is actually (auditory) with you now is not it? You understood (kinesthetic) all the important points and you can see (visual) of your choice.

By understanding the patterns of perception of people, and how they see the world, can do more than they feel comfortable when they come to your website. His sales message will click with more buyers, and you'll see more sales!
