Can I fire my personal injuryl AWYER hire a new one without cost if it did not seem aggressive enough?
I was a pedestrian-struck by a car, the maintenance of injuries serious injuries that have become disabling. I lost my job and have suffered economic losses. My lawyer (after 2 years). Well, you have the right to dismiss his lawyer and retain other counsel of your choice. But I bet that the retainer agreement that you signed with your lawyer says it is entitled to a percentage of their recovery, even if fired. That means that while a lawyer is entitled to different, probably will end up paying double the lawyers before taking action. It sounds to me as if the views of his lawyer about the case are accurate and their actions are reasonable, although can not be sure. Passing over your health record is something you have to do at trial. The amount you sue for usually only one formed by the number without relation to anything. (In my state, or even put in an amount in the complaint further.) It seems that his real problem is communication. You must have a good relationship with your lawyer and be able to talk at length with him until you understand their advice. If you do not trust your lawyer, something is wrong.
