life insurance trust

Creating a trust as beneficiary of life insurance …?
I want to change the way it is written to the beneficiaries in my insurance policy of life. Specifically I want to know how to create a trust for the benefit of someone, when the life insurance policy pays. For example, one of my beneficiaries may be "a trust created for the benefit of John Doe, to be paid when he turns 35." Can this be done? If so, how? Please, sure to indicate where or how to have knowledge of this response.
This is typically very easy to do. The lawyer who helps build confidence is stop number one. Once you have established trust, customer service call your life insurance company and ask for the "beneficiary and title "Department to ask exactly how the name of the trust. This varies slightly, depending on your country and type of confidence. If it is a trust revocable in the U.S., usually just put the name of the trust and send the first page of the trust to the insurance company. If it is irrevocable for usually only includes the date it was created and the TIN. Make sure you leave clear documentation as to whether the politics of life and confidence are what your inheritants not have to ask one of those "how can I find a lost policy?" questions we see here all the time.
