malpractice insurance claims made
Do I have a medical malpractice case?

I recently had surgery in Canada to put metal plates and screws in his wrist as I had displaced fractures of both bones in my left arm while on holiday. my insurance company paid for the surgery, but I had to return to the UK. Now doctors in the UK say they need another surgery because one of the screws has been submitted to the wrist joint, they say that will cause damage to nerves and arthiritis and limitation of wrist movement as possible. if the bolt had not gone through the articulation of the wrist They said I would have made a full recovery, as I am 18 years old and very healthy. You think I can claim? do me good, thanks

Yes, I think it is a case not .. but am not an expert .. I think I should put this issue in the legal section of Y! A lot of people who answer those questions they know what they are talking about

Doctors, vs Insurance Companies vs Trial Lawyers.
