Trial lawyers quit control, have made our society more litigous in the world, causing health professionals to pass the extra costs of malpractice insurance for the public and caused unnecessary medical procedures to protect against litigation, these cretins (Peronal injury lawyers) take 30% to 40% contingency fees and play the odds, filing claims 15 to 20, hoping one will stick and get a jury prize crazy! Hey! Most Americans do not even know that we are the only country in the world that allows a plaintiff to sue, and although his frivolous, do not make the loser of the lawsuit to compensate the winner for expenses and injuries. Huh? So, if the Socialists nationalized health care that suddenly support liability reform? Will you allow their cancer (lawyers) posion his new socialist health care program?
