Maryland mandatory coverage for IVF
I am a Maryland resident and have health insurance in Maryland through my employer which is in Missouri. Does my employer have to cover my IVF treatments, if I meet all the requirements of Maryland, although it is in another state that does not have the mandate?
If your policy is through an insurance company in Missouri, then it follows the law of Missouri.
