property insurance association
the budget for the share owner association home?

I'm looking to buy either a house or a condo, and I know that comes with association fees. In my area typically range from $ 150 to $ 250 per month. I've asked some questions here and buying a house, and they told me when I was a mortgage to be sure to include property taxes and homeowners insurance. Mortgage may also include association fees? Or is it completely separate? Only I'm thinking that the need to budget for expenses of the partnership would reduce the amount I pay for an apartment or house. Another question, how can I find the heat going to cost me every winter? I've heard most condominium associations in the area over my cost, but may include heating, whereas with a house that costs less, but does not include heat. I'd rather have a house, but heating costs and expenses of the association put out of my reach?

Yes you are right, a unit more expensive with cheaper fares may be cheaper Assoc generally the opposite. You should be able to get a history of charges, to see how often they face and how much. In my experience it every few years. Not be included in your mortgage, which are paid directly to the association. When you find a place as you should be able to know the owner or the utility that the utility bill on average. I've seen the HOA fees $ 400 per month! Yuck.
