Insurance agents are needed to raise rates if you receive a traffic ticket?
I have State Farm in Tennessee, and just want to know if when an agent learns about a speeding ticket, they must increase their monthly insurance rate? Or is it optional? How does this work? If this helps. I am 18 years old, (driving school once a speeding ticket dismissed, not add points) received a traffic ticket this time of 90 going to 70 (please do not carp) and added 4 points.
