Sratch guard insurance for DVD movie rentals from Hollywood Video?!?

Hollywood Videos start charging 25 cents per movie (optional Guard protection zero) for DVD scratched. This new terrible idea is supposed to protect to pay the full price of the movie whether to get scratched very badly and more functional. At what point is badly scratched disk? This really sucks new tariffs and scare more customers. Hollywood Video I Block Buster, because it was so bad in manageing inventory. Block Buster Lazy workers never bothered to scan your videos returned when you give them. A few weeks Later, he sent a postcard saying they have not returned to the videos. I guess I have to stop doing business with them, and get Direct TV or cable.

Bearing into account how easy and inexpensive it is to resurface 99% of people think DVDs are in ruins is a policy of shit. In many cases, tissue paper, toothpaste and a little can.
