I registered for a licensed title insurance producers. What do I do now?
I took my pre-license course and registered for producers of my title insurance license … What do I do now to open my business? – How can I find a insurnace provider / insurer. What I consider?
But I say the first thing if you have at least 5 years experience in the field, no insurance company will have to name or give a contract, and no experience is a big, big opportunity to make a mistake that can cost U. It is good that you think about owning a business, but keep in mind it costs a lot to have a safe place because you have to think, renting, E & O, utility bills, advertising, office Supplys, computers, fax machines, telephones, etc, and we will not be making any money in the first year, because it will not be receiving renovations to 6 months, so it's difficult to start from scratch.
