A public-private partnership led by the University of Central Florida aims to help Floridians obtain more affordable health insurance through small businesses that employ them.
The newly created Florida Small Business Resources Association provide small businesses with safe area Discount and management services through a membership group that can negotiate better coverage and lower premiums.

Accreditation for fish
The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations awarded the Florida Fish Memorial Hospital with the Gold Seal of approval in September, which means that the hospital was full accreditation to demonstrate compliance with national standards for patient safety and quality of care.
